But let’s face it My new boss is cool , he is so gentle that he came and asked me kindly to do him a service, which simply was to help him move his cars from the town where he used to live , to my city , it was just a question of 400 km , but it’s clear that it was a test, and i had to succeed.

All this started with a simple idea, and which is to encourage users to post more videos on its platform , of course this will bring more visitors and help YouTube gather money from advertising and develop its business model ,but also the authors of the most popular videos will be able to take some of the cake too .
How will it work ? it’s simple , YouTube is about to give to those who want (only available in the United States for the moment), the ability to insert advertising on the videos they put online. Until now, the monetization of the videos posted on the platform was reserved only for professional editors or users sending videos very regularly, and this via a registration to a special partners program created by the website.

But of course starting a new company is not as easy as it seems, especially in terms of legal documents, that to complete needs a lot of precious time , and complicated procedures that sometimes pushes new investors to let everything down , even before they have made the first dime of benefit out of their project .

One great way to avoid all this is a new solution that will for sure make your life a lot easier , and a friend of mine who was looking forward to start a new company has used it , and it really caught my attention as it’s easy , cheap , and it makes you save a lot of time .

It’s simple , what he did is a thing that anyone of us can do , he simply searched for legal forms on google , and found a great website that let him , simply by filling out a form online , he received all the papers he was looking for within few days .

Insane , unimaginable , unbearable , intolerable… these are the only worlds that can really describe the pain I felt when my wisdom teeth started growing , a horrible feeling that was going to make me go crazy , and believe me , after that painful experience, I even started calling them teeth of craziness instead of wisdom teeth .
To face this problem I had two choices, the first was to stay at home praying god that the pain was going to calm down , the second was to look for a dentist who will find a solution to all this .

To do so , a large range of hardware and Computer Security Software solutions are often implemented and maintained by teams of experienced professionals.

But despite this careful work, a critical point remains beyond the control of experts: the human factor which means  the behavior of users. Especially when they work from home, or use the same laptop for both home and office use.

When you add  to this  a list of outside materials regularly connected to the company network – such as USB sticks or PDAs – control becomes more complicated. Without the cooperation of users, it will be impossible to protect the corporate network. Here is A non-exhaustive list of some basic rules to protect your data in the office, while you are on a business trip or you work from home.

The basic rules in the office

Letting  Passwords written on a Post-it stuck on the computer, stored in a file or given to other persons (whether it’s colleagues or not) are all high-risk practices, but that are still very prevalent in companies.

Choose a password hard to guess but easy to remember , And do not write anywhere. Change it on regular intervals and never tell anyone about .

Think twice before you install softwares such as  Skype, MSN Messenger, ICQ, Kazaa these softwares  are very popular and probably very useful, but they have nothing to do on your work computer (except if it is used as the official company mail). Theses softwares are Regularly exposed to  virus attacks and  can open the door to infections of all kinds. Especially if the files transmitted through them are not analyzed by  an antivirus !

And if you want to install a new software to use for a professional use on your desktop , check with your manager before you install a beta version or one found on Internet.He will probably provide you with  a legal and working version of the software, so you will not endanger the Data Security of of your company. There is no need to remind youy that the illegal downloading of data from your work computer is absolutely not recommended!

External tools: are you sure that they are not a potential risk ? If you need to connect personal devices such as PDAs to your network, ask for help from your manager, to avoid contaminating the network with viruses.

E-mail, spam, spywares : A Good attitude  is  to  regularly update your  antivirus, the security of e-mail is for the most part already assured. But you should still apply the general rules of vigilance such as never opening suspicious attachments.

Do not respond to spams (this would only serve to validate your e-mail) and avoid downloading free software which often contain spyware.

Traveling or at home: think about security as well

A session for each member of your family is not recommended to let the other members of your family or friends  use your laptop. But if you decide to do so, at least take the necessary precautions.

Create a session with a password for each user. This prevents access to  the data of the company. You can also set passwords or additional protections for certain confidential files. so they won’t be modified or deleted accidentally.

Secure your office Internet connection in, the Data Encryption security often used in company’s network protects your data. But what about the home internet connection? Remember to update your antivirus and install personal firewall.

Be careful to the use of software  licenses   indeed who  has not already  tried to install his friend software or the one he has found in the office  on his personal computer? Even if this practice seems innocent is in fact a violation of software licenses.These licenses are often granted for a specified number of computers, and are not eligible to be used  somewhere else .

The situation becomes critical, and our year-end premiums are severely threatened, we must do something, and quickly. But what ? that is the question .
Our activities are slowed down and it’s has never been as bad as it is now . This is when Andy the new trainee came up with a genius idea, why don’t we launch a Marketing hit now and reverse the tendency , propose a special promotion, with discount , gifts, and a lot of pictures with pretty girls in bikinis.
I think this idea is not bad at all and since every time it has shown if efficiency as being the magical solution to boost sales anytime of the year , but still we got to implement it, and it is really not as easy as it seems , because it needs a great organizing talent to do it and neither me nor my colleagues have the envy to do something ( I’m about to take my vacation after a long year of hard working, and I’m really tired ) but I like the challenge and I’m okay to help as long as Andy will do the dirty work .

my part of the work Is to establish a list of existing customers and potential customers, especially new homeowner lists, and then contact them. But would I do it ? will I have to organize a seminar, an open day ? shouting out in the street, or simply hire a professional? I think it’s not going to be that easy!

but Andy came once again to my relief, ah he is such a good boy, he found a website that offers a complete solution for managing business mailing lists, and conduct a Telemarketing Operation via the Internet with direct mailing lists, and believe me this helped us reach a lot of new customers.

Oil

This is the main energy that we use (36%). It is also the basis of plastics. It has a high energy density, but pollutes and produces greenhouse gases. the largest oil producers are countries like Saudi Arabia , Russia, the united states and Iran .

Coal

Coal represents 24% of global energy consumption. It produces greenhouse gasesand greatly pollutes the environment.

Natural Gas

It constitutes 23% of global consumption. It pollutes too , but releases less greenhouse gases than other fossil fuels.

The use of fossil fuels such as natural gas , coal or oil , produces a huge amount of greenhouse gases, which results in the rising of sea levels which is not only due to melting ice, but also the expansion of the upper layers of the ocean. We can also observe many climate changes: droughts, floods, desertification
since about 200 years our technological technical progress were closely linked to the abundance of those sources of energy , but now things are about the change , and if we don’t find a solution to this soon ,our stability is severely threatened .
so the question is what are the energies that we may rely on in the future , I’ve made a little search and here are the main energies that researchers believe we are going to start using use in near future :

nuclear power

The life of a nuclear power plant is 40 to 60 years, and during these years it produces enough energy for a very reasonable cost. it does not create any greenhouse effect, but, instead, leaves radioactive waste for thousands of years.

Geothermal

It uses the heat of the Earth (from the nucleus), it has no bad effects because this energy produces no waste.

Solar

It is a very expensive system with a fairly average performance. the other problem is that too much energy in needed to build solar panels.

Biomass

It is energy from plants. The combustion releases CO2, but the biomass is not participating in the greenhouse effect . The problem lies in its lack of effectiveness.

Aeolian

The Aeolian is a renewable energy and through wind generators it’s possible to produce electricity in any windy region , but of course it needs a special infrastructure that costs a lot of money.

that’s why i’ve decided to call a friend who’s currently living ANNA MARIA so he could check if there are any available opportunities .
He bought his own beach house in anna maria island few years from now, and I’ve never seen him as happy or healthy as he is now , it’s funny how changing the place where you live can make you look better , and as my grandfather used to say, We have a one and unique life , so enjoy each remaining second of it

A friend of mine named john and who lives in Florida, worked for more than 20 years as a truck driver, a very hard and painful job that requires sometimes, to stay awake the whole night , a situation that our brain isn’t ready to stand .

My friend john has retired now, and lives happily near his two sons , but unfortunately he just can’t close his eyes at night , he is suffering from a kind of weird insomnia that he has developed when he used to drive his truck at night through the roads of the united states .

His wife Amanda told about that , and we both decided to take him to a sleep disorder center , so we can find a solution to his problem , because someone who doesn’t sleep , is someone who’s mind is working continuously , and this can harm his mind .

We looked for the words Florida sleep study on internet, and we have found a lot, and this helped me explain to Amanda how this is a common thing and that a very important number of people unfortunately do have theses king of problems , but that there is always a solution .

Unfortunately My boss has always had some “coming from hell” genius ideas, ideas that always ended by falling over my head , as MR the boss imagines, and I execute . And today he just had his last revelation, strengthen the cohesion of the group, maximize the integration of new recruits, and give me much more work to do. To reach that , he wants to organize a sort of summer internship for our employees, so they will be happy, and produce more and he will of course , make more and more money.

And as you have probably guessed I’ll be his Holiday Party Planner , pfffff :S like if I did not have enough work to do , he added me a little more.

but anyway I will not complain, or I will not start hitting my head against the wall , instead , I’ll have to act and act quickly , as the thing has to be done this summer. so here is my mission I’ll have to plan a weekend for 30 people, in a cheap hotel, and provide cohesion and integration activities for all this number of people.
But frankly, this work is not difficult at all , the only problem is that I don’t have enough time, I need a magician, neither he transforms me into a frog so I can disappear and no one could see me , or he turns them all into peanut’s so I can eat them because I’m really hungry right now ( god what I’m I saying ?? ) unfortunately, the one I have cannot do that, but he can answer a lot of questions, it’s google (I bet you now this magician too ) .

So I typed Holiday Event Planner ,to see if its results could help me and surprise….. , i found a lot of interesting things. Indeed some companies have made of my preoccupation their field of activity. they take care of everything, and can plan any event you want ranging from the meeting of old pipe smoker’s who put yellow socks, to a professional meeting where you could strengthen the cohesion of a group ( exactly what I’m looking for ) .
