Let's know About : How to sleep better

You know those days my dear friends , I’m constantly  under pressure ,my boss all the day “yelling” at me because he thinks I’m  lazy (actually I’m not :p) ,my girlfriend all the day screaming because ( i still don’t know the reason why  :@ ) !!!!

the economic crisis is also making me us under pressure simply because it makes us think about our future and if things surrounding us are going to change , and a long list of stuff that disturbs us throughout the day !!!

but what makes this worst is that , no one can deny that we do  not take as much rest as our body needs , indeed after the terrible day i had at work , instead of taking some rest , I’ll for sure go somewhere and sit with friends till late at night , of course when you talk to people, this helps you evacuate the stress and feel better :)

but if you do this without taking the hours of sleeping your body needs, it means you are simply pouring water on sand :D :D

I’ve also noticed that some people  simply can’t sleep , i mean they sleep 2 or 3 hours each night, which is really insufficient

that why I’ve decided to write some tips , to sleep better, and i can guarantee that if you follow them , if will be really beneficial for your health

  • 1-try to keep a constant sleep : stop saying yes to  parties ending at 5 : 00 am :D , try to fix a time when you sleep and wake up , and try to respect this schedule ,  you will feel it’s enormous benefit as soon as you start following this tip ( i can tell from my own experience :D )
  • 2- make your bedroom feels and looks like heaven in earth : yes it’s scientifically proved ,the more you make your bedroom comfortable,quite,relaxing and dark , the more you will be able to sleep easily
  • 3-relax before you sleep : which mainly means to read or listen or watch something , that will makes you feel relaxed so you can sleep and make nice dreams :)
  • 4-the mattress and pillow (tickets to sleep) : they must be new so they provide you with the best comfort and relaxation that will be the key to transcend to the other world
  • 5-avoid sleeping in a noisy room ; which mainly means to take the tv , the computer, and all the work materials out of your room , because they can  disturb you
  • 6-exercise frequently : do some sport ( bed sport is allowed too :p ) this will make you feel tired and will help you sleep easily
  • 7-have enough space in your mattress : if you are sleeping with your partner, be sure that your mattress  has enough space so you can move easily while you are sleeping
  • 8- avoid nicotine cigarettes and all tobacco products .
  • 9-avoid caffeine , alcohol , and all drinks or foods that can keep you awake.
  • 10- don’t eat too much before you sleep : okay you can say this is a grandma advice , but it’s actually working , do not eat a lot before you sleep , so you can feel yourself light :) and sleep easily
