Let’s Know About : Yep, home loans Help a Lot
You can’t imagine how it feels good to give an advice to a friend and see that that friend took your advice into consideration, and that the advice you have given him has helped him move forward in life 
.
Why did I say that? simply because my friend Carl, who is married to Sandra since few months now, was still hesitating to take a home loan, so he can invests in a new home downtown, and instead, prefers to live with his wife in his mother’s house which is 50 miles away from here, claiming that taking a loan was a big risk, since he had heard a lot of bad things about that recently on news .
But, I mean, this has no sense!!!! Even Sandra had sworn that if he doesn’t take the right decision, she will leave him (imagine, she has to wake up at 5 am to get at her job at 8 am), and this is exactly what pushed me to talk to him , before he messes up his whole life .
Fortunately , once I’ve spoken to Carl , and explained him that home loans were the safest investments ever , and also that I’m taking a home loan to pay my house too , he kind of forgot his prejudices , and finally decided to do what I told him .
He is now leaving happily in a beautiful apartment near my house, and bothers me a lot 
, I actually don’t know if I really did the right choice when I encouraged him to move downtown
