 , or worse if your boy or girlfriend leave you a memo on you desk saying ” darling you should make some sport ” , this post is dedicated to you 
who hasn’t one day dreamed of having a sexy body , a body that every one will dream of having the same , but they won’t, because it’s yours and no one will take it from you :p
the answer is yes you can have it but ….
yes there is a but, because actually before I start talking about how to lose weight, i’d like to to say that their are some people, that simply can’t change how they look , not because they don’t have the motivation to do it, but because their body’s physiology can’t change ( this is my point of view you’re not obliged to take it for granted :p)
so what can you do to lose weight ? here are some tips that could really with some motivation , change the way you look
1) work in group :
try to find friends that share the same ambition , so you can share your problems and also why not practice the same sport or diet together , it’s scientifically proved that once you work in group , you have more chances to reach your goals
2) watch what you’re drinking :
juices and soda contains a lot of calories , instead drink water ( as much as you can ) or sugar free drinks
3) go step by step :
take it slowly , you don’t have to change all your way of living once you want to lose weight , start by reducing the portions you eat ,instead of preventing your self from eating ,this won’t be beneficial for your health
4)stop overeating :
it’s simple ,if you want to have a good-looking body you have to eat normally , which means you have to take three main meals a day , do not eat between meals or eat more that what your body needs .

5) add healthy food :
we can’t deny that , eating fast food meals for years has for sure been a main factor behind our gain of weight  , so maybe the main thing to do is to brake the routine, and try healthy food .
6) eat everything :
it’s not because you want to lose weight that you have to banish some foods , no , eat whatever you like, as long as it’s healthy food
7) practice sports :
maybe this is the main pillar of a weight loss program , practice sports , at least 3 times per week , so you can change fat into strong muscles .
okay that’s all , i think that this is fully enough so you can at least start feeling the difference , and believe me , it’s really worth it
