Sometimes you have that strange feeling that the whole world is against you , and that you are all but a lucky guy , and this is exactly what happened to me ( 3 weeks before ) when i had the terrible surprise that my computer didn’t want to start , and what made it worst is that i had a lot of stuff to work on my pc ( studies , some personal projects …).
and this pushed me to bring the screwdriver and try to see what happened to “the beast” .
and this is exactly the moment when (behind a tick layer of dust) i saw the name ” asus ” and then decided that once my pc will be fixed i’ll write a post about this company.

that’s exactly what i’m doing right now !!!.

so let’s Know About :

ASUS is a Taiwan-based company that has since it’s founding in 1989 “by four computer engineers from Acer ” produced different kinds of computer hardware , ranging from motherboards ” like the one i burned up ” to computer cooling system .

in early 90s when intel built it’s famous processor “the 486″ ASUS decided to design its own 486 motherboard without having a 486 processor engineering sample , once it was finished , asus decided to take it to Intel’s base in Taiwan for testing .intel was first not that enthusiastic about the fact that asus has been able to build up a so powerful motherboard . in fact it was even better and the 486 motherboard from intel was even facing some design flaws problems , which pushed intel’s engineers to ask help from asus , this was the first beginning of an informal relationship between the two companies .

also asus has also introduced a lot of original features like for example the ASUS CrashFree BIOS which If the BIOS becomes corrupted, allows the user to perform a recovery using the motherboard support CD.
