Let’s face it this wonderful tool , is making our life because imagine if I had to reinvent each application I’m currently using on my blog , I would have simply been discouraged and I’m sure that I’m not the only one who would have been .
The number of bloggers using Wordpress is unceasingly increasing , building a huge community of bloggers from all around the world , each one of them giving or helping in the development of a solution , and from a more personal point of view ,Wordpress is the exact incarnation of successful open source applications .

tata nano

The Tata nano’s project began in 2003 inspired by the number of Indian families that have motorcycles rather than cars , imagine that the population of india is approximatively 1.5 billion people, and less that 10 % only have cars .

So in a growing country like india, even a blind person could have seen that building a cheap car would be for sure a huge success .

but the idea didn’t not only seduce Indians , it also seduced the whole world, no one can deny that with the economic crisis , we are no more able to buy expensive cars that consumes a lot of gasoline , so this opportunity arrives just at the right moment .

I’ll avoid talking about the technical specifications and other stuff because for 2000$ you know already what you’re going to get, it’s far from being a Lamborghini reventon .

also you have to know that the European version of the nano is a bit more expensive due to the fact that it had to respect the European standards .

the car will be mainly produced in India and will help creating thousands of new job opportunities.

first i’d like to warn you , this topic is not recommended for children , or any adult person believing that santa claus  exists , what you’re going to read can really hurt you emotionally

hey guys ! it’s christmas time , a time when the whole world is happy , when children become polite and kind after all the crimes and destruction they have caused throughout the year , and also time when love spread and gather every one by its hands

but who’s the main actor of this beautiful and joyful scene ? it’s santa claus

no don’t tell me you don’t know who’s santa claus  :

it’s a fat guy wearing red , with a long white beard , and who (like we all know but aren’t sure that it’s true ) gives kind and polite children gifts !!!

but their is a question that we all ask ourselves about and which is really simple and logical : does santa claus really exist ???? and if the man exists , will he never die ??? and let hundreds of millions of children sad ??

the answer is ( from my own point of view ) santa claus is simply the best marketing product in history  ,a product that sells dream and imagination.

toys companies make hundreds of millions dollars simply by using the services of Mr. santa claus , but should we do something to change that ???

the answer is : no , we can’t and shouldn’t because every one takes profit from this annual event , it’s an occasion where all the family is  unified , and a child’s smile is simply worth all the money of the world

hmmm if when you look at yourself in the mirror and notice that a part of your body has an abnormal volume   , or worse if your boy or girlfriend leave you  a memo  on you desk saying ” darling you should make some sport ” , this post is dedicated to you
who hasn’t one day dreamed of having a sexy body , a body that every one will dream of having the same , but they won’t, because it’s yours and no one will take it from you :p

the answer is yes you can have it but ….

yes there is a but, because actually before I start talking  about how to lose weight, i’d like to to say that their are some people, that simply can’t change how they look , not because they don’t have the motivation to do it, but because their  body’s physiology  can’t change ( this is my point of view you’re not obliged to take it for granted :p)

so what can you do to lose weight ? here are some tips that could really with some motivation , change the way you look

1) work in group :

try to find friends that share the same ambition , so you can share your problems and also why not practice the same sport or diet together , it’s scientifically proved that once you work in group , you have more chances to reach your goals

2) watch what you’re drinking :

juices and soda contains a lot of calories , instead drink water ( as much as you can ) or sugar free drinks

3) go step by step :

take it slowly , you don’t have to change all your way of living once you want to lose weight , start by reducing the portions you eat ,instead of preventing your self from eating ,this won’t be beneficial for your health

4)stop overeating :
it’s simple ,if you want to have a good-looking body you have to eat normally , which means you have to take three main meals a day , do not eat between meals or eat more that what your body needs .

5) add healthy food :
we can’t deny that , eating fast food meals for years has for sure been a main factor behind  our gain of weight   , so maybe the main thing to do is to brake the routine, and try healthy food .

6) eat everything :

it’s not because you want to lose weight that you have to banish some foods , no , eat whatever you like, as long as it’s healthy food

7) practice sports :

maybe this is the main pillar of a weight  loss program , practice sports , at least 3 times per week , so you can change fat into strong muscles .
